DNA Products Service Hinged Doors are a 40mm PIR core capped door with a silver anodised aluminium section, fitted to a wrap-around frame section and designed to suit various panel thicknesses. Available as single or double leaf doors.

Application

Panel
40 mm thick with 40-45 kg/m3 Polyurethane insulation.
Airtight gasket with vertical upper bolt.
Finished in White food-safe as standard.
Fittings
Clamp hinges in A-304 stainless steel.
Inside and outside handle in A-304 stainless steel, lock optional.
Frames
Frames adaptable to any panel thickness using a system of counter frames with side extension.
Aluminium: Frame in extruded aluminium or stainless steel anodised aluminium.
Screws hidden by flashing. Aesthetic, durable finish.
Stainless Steel: Frame and Counter-Frames in A-304 stainless steel.
Finish resistant to chemical products.
Avoids corrosion and ensures perfect cleaning and hygiene.
