Service and Maintenance
A door with worn gaskets can be very costly when trying to keep a room at a low temperature. We can service all types of Sliding, Hinged, Steel and High-Speed Doors, Roller Shutters and Sectional Doors to prevent these extra and unnecessary costs. We can replace Gaskets, Guide Rails, Handles, Locks, Hinges, Rollers and much more.
We can modify existing doors with upgrades like protective Kick Plates to prevent damage to your door leaf. We can also fit new heaters to Hinged doors in a freezer environment.
We can replace damaged door leaves or supply an entirely new door complete with frame if needed.
The DNA Products Hinged Doors are manufactured to size, to suit customers exact requirements.
Industrial Hinged Door - Chill and Freeze
Application
- Available as single leaf doors ONLY
- Cold Rooms (+0 ºC)

- Robust, large airtight door for pedestrian or vehicle traffic
- Ideal for where space constraints do not permit a sliding door to be installed
Panel
- Laid over the panel frame, with 40-45 kg/m3 polyurethane insulation.
- Flexible and resistant co-extruded EPDM gaskets around the panel and a sweeper gasket at the bottom.
- These doors can be manufactured with various blade thickness ranging from 60mm, 80mm and 100mm, depending on the temperature and customer specification.
- Finished in White food safe as standard.
Frames
- Frames with double thermal break
- Adaptable to any panel thickness through a system of counter-frames with side extension
- Perimeter resistance for negative pressure doors
- Aluminium: Frame in extruded aluminium or stainless-steel anodised aluminium Screws hidden by flashing. Aesthetic, durable finish.
- Stainless Steel: Frame and Counter-Frames in A-304 stainless steel
- Finish resistant to chemical products
- Avoids corrosion and ensures perfect cleaning and hygiene
- Low Voltage Heater Cable and Transformer for Freezer Doors
Fittings
- High quality polyamide hinges with lift ramp
- Exterior Three-point locking system
- Industrial polyamide lock, which can be opened from the inside for safety, and optional key

Door damaged by impact
Impact Damage
Doors do not fail simply because of wear and tear. Quite often we are called to site after a collision with a Forklift Truck or a wagon has led to severe damage of a door or loading bay area. Quite often this damage can prevent the door or dock leveller etc. from working properly. We can assess the safety of the existing products while taking measurements for replacement parts. We will try to match the colour of the existing products or the surrounding area if it is colour coded.
